A warm yello-w

I know there are things more important than the weather, but come on... this is no fun. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 30's and I'm actually excited about it. That's just sad. I decided the best thing to do is buy something yellow. It's such a happy color. Maybe a pretty orchid. It will cheer me up and remind me that soon enough our warm friend - the sun - will be back.

Julianna Margulies

I cannot decide what I like more about Julianna Margulies (aside from her great acting) - the eyebrows or the husky voice?? Of course now that I've seen her apartment in the February issue of Architectural Digest, I think that gets top billing! Designed by Vincente Wolf, it is warm modern at its finest. I heard it flooded just weeks after these photos were taken due to a radiator exploding in the apartment above hers. Ouch. Hopefully repairs have been made and it's back to beautiful.

Saw this project by LA designers Caitlin & Caitlin in Rue magazine and thought it was worth sharing. Great stuff going on in every room. LOVE.

More is Better

I saw this photo of the gallery wall (above) the other day while I was looking around Pinterest and LOVED it. Looked around for more and put together a group of my favorites. I guess the answer to a great gallery wall is to frame every image, keepsake and artwork you can get your hands on and then go nuts.
